"Having danced tango for a decade, I started collecting my own choice of music and playing it in my hometown, Basel and other cities in Switzerland. Soon after also in other countries. I try to keep a balance between rhythmical and melodical tangos as well as the music from Guardia Vieja and the Golden Age. Most importantly though, I believe that the music has to keep people dancing and let them being in a good mood. I follow the traditional DJ rule, always play tandas and cortinas."

We invite you to a night of Dance at our charming little Chante Clair in the heart of Zurich's old town, this time Laura Iaru!

Laura Iaru comes from Bucharest (Romania). She has been Dj-ing since 2009 and touring for Dj'ing in many countries. Besides her Bucharest and the rest of Romania, Laura has been Dj-ing and touring along the years in: Italy, France, Turkey, Ukraine, Sweden, Moldova, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Qatar, Switzerland.
Currently she is based in Zurich, teaching tango and Cuartito Azul Tango school and Djing in local milongas and abroad.
