Starting from the 26th of December, come enjoy growing your Tango with Facundo, each day we offer two 90 minute lessons, first one starting at 18:30 until 20:00, and the second lesson being 20:00 until 21:30.

On Saturday we invite you to travel in time to practice cool moves from the 50's. Come and feel in your own body, how and why those dancers moved in a certain way. What does attacking the moment and surprising your partner actually mean, and how it creates unexpected dynamics.

Sadly, there are not so many people alive today that danced during the Golden Age of Tango and immediately after. As we know, the recording equipment was not so good and ubiquitous, so some things can only live on through the people that were there and their students.

In the first workshop of their visit to Zurich, come and learn about the most fundamental and difficult aspects of tango: your posture and your walking. In most evenings at the Buenos Aires Sunderland practica, held by Carlos and Rosa Perez, you will find world champions, professionals and amateurs alike practicing, after so many years, their walk.

In truth, the more you invest in understanding your body, working with it under the careful eye of good maestros, the more you shall receive in return. Everything else in Tango is built on this.

Right after we polish our posture and walk, it's time to use it in the giro. Carlos and Rosa teach the giro in the same way you would take a walk in the park: Relaxed, inspired, euphoric. No force, and no uncomfortable moments. We promise sequences that will surprise and amaze, full of humor. Come find out how all giros can be full of harmony and musicality.

In the past 10 years, most world champions and many of the finalists have been training at «Sunderland», Carlos and Rosa’s breeding grounds of talents. Carlos and Rosa have left their indelible mark on today’s Tango de Salón style and defined its aesthetics. With CAT being the official Swiss branch representing Carlos and Rosa’s school, we are very happy to welcome «our» maestros in Zurich again!

Das Cuarteto Tango Bravo begeistert mit brillanten Musikern: Robert Schmidt (Piano), Michael Dolak (Bandoneon), Stephanie Gonsior (Violine) und Tomàs Rösler (Kontrabass) sind die renommierten Musiker dieses erfolgreichen Deutsch-Schweizer-Argentinischen Quartetts. Cuarteto Tango Bravo spielt viele Klassiker und als Besonderheit auch neue, zum Tanzen komponierte Tangostücke von Robert Schmidt!
